Welcome to my page. Thanks for your interest in knowing about me.Well! let me introduce myself. My name is Nahush Khubalkar. I am based in India in a city called Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra.
I am a lawyer by profession. I have been practicing law since last about 24 years in Bombay High Court.
This blog is a collection of important case laws of Supreme Court of India and High Courts in India.
I decided to create this blog with twofold purpose in mind.
Firstly to record collection of all important case laws which I come across, at a place which is accessible from anywhere in the world. That place is, of course, internet.
Secondly, this collection may serve the purpose of my colleague lawyers, law students, young lawyers.
